As of 2023, the Foundation has awarded more than $1.6 billion in grants to support initiatives worldwide since its inception. The Foundation awards over 200 grants per year to support transformative ideas and institutions that help address pressing global challenges. The Foundation supports local and global changemakers who leave a measurable, lasting impact in areas where the Company operates and where employees live and work. In addition to its primary Foundation in Atlanta, USA, Coca-Cola also works through 19 regional and country foundations in Latin America, Africa, Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region, which help promote the Foundation’s goals and offer further support to local communities.
